What is Hypnosis?

We often see children totally absorbed in their play, oblivious to the world around them, this is a natural state of hypnosis. When in hypnosis the client will enter very peaceful state, where the body and mind are totally absorbed and relaxed.
Whilst in this very relaxed state of hypnosis, the therapist can help the patient experience changes they are seeking in order release fears, phobias, anxieties, smoking, weight loss, pain relief, fears that are deep seated in their subconscious.
